Payment Policy

01. Pricing, Currency & Inclusions

The registration fee for the POLARIS - The Rising Star is ₹2,499 ₹1,499 per attendee pass.

• Currency: All fees are stated and charged in Indian National Rupees (INR).
• Taxation: The fee is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Inclusions: Each confirmed registration pass includes entry to the POLARIS - The Rising Star launch evening at Grand Millennium, Centre Point Hotel, Nagpur.

02. Payment Methods & Gateway Security

Online payments on the NIA Nagpur portal are processed securely via our authorized payment partner, Zoho Payments, an RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS certified payment aggregator.

Supported payment modes include:

• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI-enabled applications.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express.
• Net Banking: Major Indian public and private sector banks.

03. Payment Confirmation & Ticket Delivery

• Instant Verification: Your registration is confirmed immediately upon receiving verified cryptographic webhook confirmation from Zoho Payments.
• Digital Pass Dispatch: Once confirmed, your unique digital entry pass with a verifiable QR code and reference ID is generated and dispatched to your registered email address and WhatsApp/SMS.
• Pending Transactions: If your browser closes or network drops before redirection completes, our automated webhook will still verify the transaction and generate your pass once Zoho Payments confirms receipt of funds.

04. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Policy: Because attendee capacity is strictly capped and the launch evening is prepared in advance, all registration fees are strictly non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend the event on Thursday, 22 October 2026 or arriving after the strict 7:00 PM door closure will not qualify for a refund or partial credit.
• Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organizer: If NIA Nagpur postpones or cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or force majeure, registered delegates will have the option to carry their pass forward to the rescheduled date or receive a full 100% refund processed back to the original source of payment.
• Pass Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your pass to an eligible business colleague or partner by writing to nianagpur@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to the event date. Transfer approval is subject to organizer review.

05. Failed & Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases where your bank account is debited but you do not receive a confirmation message or ticket:

• Auto-Reversal: Interrupted or failed transactions are typically auto-reversed by your issuing bank or UPI application within 5 to 7 business days.
• Duplicate Debits: In the event of a double payment for the same registration, please contact our billing team with your bank transaction IDs. Once verified, the duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.
